REPORT <br />January 27, 2003 <br />To the Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />From the City Manager', <br />Subject <br />Claim(s) 2079, 2085, 2086, 2089, and 2091 <br />Recommendation <br />Staff recommends the rejection of the following claim(s): <br />2079 Mary Milan Alleging injuries resulting from a trip and fall accident, <br />which occurred at the Senior Citizen Center on <br />Madison. <br />2085 Helen Parker Alleging damage to roof which occurred when a tree <br />limb broke off and hit her house. <br />2086 Marilyn Fancher Alleging damage to gutter which occurred when City <br />tree fell on her house. <br />2089 Katia Awad Alleging damages to her vehicle which was hit by a <br />City tree during a wind storm. <br />2091 Cory Narog Alleging damages to his vehicle which occurred when <br />he hit a pothole on Whipple and Industrial. <br />Brian J.
