9-Ai3 <br />personnel, travel, and similar services, and including business offices of <br />public utilities or other activities when the service rendered is that customarily <br />associated with office services. <br />Administrative Office: An office for the rendering of service or general <br />administration, but not including retail sales. <br />B. Credits. <br />1. Credit shall not be given for Site - Related Improvements, right -of -way <br />dedications providing paved access to the Development or payments to <br />special assessment or taxing districts, except as provided in Subdivision A.5, <br />above. <br />2. Credits for an Applicant's construction of a Capital Improvement included in <br />the Impact Fee Schedule shall be given when the construction is completed <br />and accepted by the appropriate governmental body. <br />3. Any claim for credit must be made - ,o later an the time of application for a <br />building permit or other entitlement for the Development. Any claim not so <br />made shall be deemed waived. <br />4.
