Scope of Work complies with our original Preconstruction Milestone Schedule <br /> (attachment A) and dated '12/17/02, and our Preconstruction Services Staffing Proposal <br /> (attachment B) and dated '12/'18/02. <br /> 2. Preconstruction period is understood to run until 4/25/03 and includes a total of 8 Design <br /> Development & Coordination meetings with DES and all team members. <br /> 3. We have also included a total of 64 hours for Constructability/Pretask <br /> Planning/Scheduling and Logistics Review by DPR's ProJect Manager and <br /> Superintendent. <br /> 4. Estimating is per out Staffing Docoment and includes 3 each estimates: 35%/10% <br /> Schematic/10% DD estimate, 35% CD Estimate, and a 95% CD Estimate. <br /> 5. We are also carrying a $5,280 Bid Package Preparation Allowance that can be used <br /> accordingly, or at the City of Redwood City's discretion. <br /> 6. We have also included minor charges for administrative assistance and miscellaneous <br /> printin9 and reproduction. <br /> 7. As summarized at the bottom of our Services Staffing attachment, we include a total of <br /> 344 hours dedicated to the Preconstruction effort. <br /> 8. We also include Exploratory/Investigative Cut, Patch as attached, in order to understand <br /> and coordinate connection details with certain aspects of the Historic Courthouse <br /> Renovation. <br /> 9. Total Preconstruction Value (attachments B & rJ ) total $37,269. <br /> 10.
