Recommendation: <br />Approve, by motion, Live Performance Agreement with ZoppéItalian Family Circus <br />for an amount not to exceed $75,000. <br />6.2Resolutions <br />A.Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) Regional Bicycle Program <br />(RBP) funding for the Bair Island Bay Trail Improvement Project and the <br />Skyway/Shoreway Bike Route Improvement Project. <br />Staff contact: Christian Hammack, Assistant Engineer 780-7378 chammack@redwoodcity.org <br />Recommendation: <br />1.Approve,by resolution, arequest to the MTC for allocation of Fiscal Year <br />2010/11 “Regional Bicycle Program” Pedestrian/Bicycle project funding and <br />authorize the City Manager to execute related documents and accept funds. <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF AN APPLICATION FOR FEDERAL SURFACE <br />TRANSPORTATION PROGRAM (STP) AND/OR CONGESTION MITIGATION <br />AND AIR QUALITY IMPROVEMENT (CMAQ) FUNDINGS AND COMMITTING <br />THE NECESSARY NON-FEDERAL MATCH ANDSTATING AND ASSURANCE <br />TO COMPLETE THE PROJECT. <br />2.Approve, by motion, the allocationof MTC “Regional Bicycle Program” grant <br />funding to the following projects: <br />Bair Island Bay Trail Improvement Project. <br />Skyway/Shoreway Bike Route Improvement Project. <br />B.Initiation of proceedings to establish a special financing district for public <br />infrastructure improvements incidental to the One Marina project(Project). <br />Staff contact: Brian Ponty, Finance Director 780-7073 bponty@redwoodcity.org <br />Recommendation: <br />1.Approve by resolution, appointment of consultants in connection with the <br />formation of a Community Facilities District and the issuance of bonds, <br />authorization for the Finance Director to accept deposits from the Project <br />developer, and approval for a Deposit/Reimbursement Agreement between the <br />City and the Project developer; and <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />APPOINTING CONSULTANTS IN CONNECTION WITH THE FORMATION OF A <br />COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT AND THE ISSUANCE OF BONDS THEREBY, <br />AND AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE TO ACCEPT DEPOSITS, AND <br />APPROVING A DEPOSIT AGREEMENT (ONE MARINA PROJECT) <br />________________________________________________________________________________________________ <br />JOINT CITY COUNCIL/REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY BOARDAugust 9, 2010 <br />MEETING AGENDAPAGE 3 <br />
