With respect <br />to Workers Compensation coverage, Fire lP A will provide Workers <br />Compensation coverage for any injuries sustained in the normal course and <br />scope of the designated Shared Fire Marshal's performance of services. <br /> <br />d. General provisions for all insurance. All insurance shall: <br /> <br />1. Include the other party, its elected and appointed officials, employees, <br />and agents, as additional insureds, except errors and omissions, with <br />respect to this Agreement and the performance of services in this <br />Agreement. The coverage shall contain no special limitations on the <br />scope of its protection to the above-designated insureds. <br /> <br />11. Be primary with respect to any insurance or self-insurance programs of <br />that party, its elected and appointed officials, employees, and agents. <br /> <br />iii. Be evidence, prior to commencement of services, by properly executed <br />policy endorsements in addition to a certificate of insurance. <br /> <br />IV. If changes in insurance coverage are made the parties shall provide <br />thirty (30) days written notice of said change in coverage. <br /> <br />10. Termination. This Agreement may be terminated without cause by either party upon <br />giving written notice thereof thirty (30) days or more prior to the effective date. The <br />effective date shall be set for in the notice of termination; provided however, if such <br />effective date is not set forth in the notice of termination, then in that event the <br />effective date of termination shall be thirty (30) days after delivery or posting of said <br />notice. <br /> <br />11. Notice.
