Approve, by resolution, a request to the MTC for allocation of Fiscal Year <br />2010/11 "Regional Bicycle Program" Pedestrian/Bicycle project funding and <br />authorize the City Manager to execute related documents and accept funds. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />AUTHORIZING THE FlUNG OF AN APPLICATION FOR FEDERAL SURFACE <br />TRANSPORTATION PROGRAM (STP) AND/OR CONGESTION MITIGATION <br />AND AIR QUALITY IMPROVEMENT (CMAQ) FUNDINGS AND COMMITTING <br />THE NECESSARY NON-FEDERAL MATCH AND STATING AND ASSURANCE <br />TO COMPLETE THE PROJECT. <br /> <br />2.
