Consultant and a key <br /> financial staff member will attend the Council presentation. <br /> <br /> Subtask t .4. Quality Assurance/Quality Control Reviews <br /> Consultant's Project Manager will develop and monitor a Quality Assurance/Quality Control <br /> (QAJQC) Plan specific to this project. This QA/QC Plan will identify specific reference <br /> standards and criteria, procedures for review of work in process, and procedures for review of <br /> draft and final work products. <br /> <br /> Task 2 - Background Information Review and Stakeholder <br /> Coordination <br /> <br /> Subtask 2.t - Collect and Review Existing Information <br /> Consultant will review information provided from the City relative to the City's existing water <br /> enterprise, such as connection fees, rate structure, revenues and overall Capital Improvement <br /> Program (CLP), etc. Consultant shall provide City with contact information and direction on <br /> items of information to be collected from four outside agencies regarding their recycled water <br /> projects, such as rate and revenue structure, incentive policies, ordinances, public information <br /> programs, etc. The four outside agencies include the City of Sunnyvale, the South Bay Water <br /> Recycling Program (Cities of Santa Clara, San Jose and Milpitas), East Bay Municipal Utility <br /> District, and Marin Municipal Water District. The City will coordinate collection and transfer of <br /> information from outside agencies to appropriate City and Consultant staff. <br /> <br /> Subtask 2.2 - Develop Water Management Philosophy <br /> <br /> Consultant shall coordinate and conduct a workshop with City Staff and the City Utilities <br /> Committee to review, update, and integrate the City's "Guiding Principals" into a water <br /> management philosophy that will serve as the basis for performing subsequent planning and <br /> financial related work, Results of the workshop will be summarized in a first draft and final draft <br /> of a Water Management Philosophy Memorandum. The memorandum will be provided in hard <br /> copy and electronic format for the City's use and f'malization. <br /> <br /> Task 3 - Redwood City Recycled Water Feasibility Study <br /> A recycled water feasibility study will be prepared by the Consultant to assess thc requirements <br /> for serving Redwood City's priority customers in the Redwood Shores, the Greater Bayfront <br /> Area and Central Redwood City, as described in thc Recycled Water Feasibility Study for the <br /> <br /> Recycled Water Program Support Services 2 of ? <br /> 12:38 PM <br /> <br /> <br />
