A break-even analysis will be developed for users that <br /> conserve to recommended levels. <br /> <br /> Subtask 4.5.7 - Draft and Final Executive Summary Report <br /> An Executive Summary report will be prepared that summarizcs thc analyses, findings and <br /> recommendations developed under thi.~ task. Ten copies of a draft Executive Summary report <br /> will be prepared for the City's review. A meeting will be conducted with thc City staffto <br /> discuss review comments and a separate meeting will be held with the City Utilities Committee <br /> to discuss study results. Ten copies of a final Executive Summary report will be provided. <br /> Task 5 - Institutional and Implementation Support Contingency <br /> <br /> Several sub tasks of work arc identified that may require Consultant support. Tbcse services will be <br /> provided to 1he City on an as-requested basi.~, and as such, thc accompanyin8 subtask budgets are <br /> allowances for services that are undefined at this time. The support work may include atlending meetings <br /> and workshops, supporting preparation of draft and final inter-agency agreements mad/or City ordinances, <br /> coordinating with other City consultants, preparing grant and loan applications, investigating new <br /> irrigation technologies or demonstration projects that will benefit City-wide water recycling and water <br /> conservation efforts, and performing implementation scheduling.
