7. CONSENT CALENDAR — <br />Items on the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine by the City Council and <br />will be enacted by one motion and one vote. There is no separate discussion of these <br />items unless a Council Member or Citizen so requests, in which event the item is <br />removed from the Consent Calendar and considered in its normal sequence on the <br />agenda. <br />M/S Jordan /Howard to waive reading of the Consent Calendar except the ordinances <br />by title, adopt the resolutions and the ordinances, and approve other items. Council <br />Member Jordan removed Item 7.1 E from the Consent Calendar. <br />The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote. <br />7.1 Section - Motions <br />A.
