s az <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD APPROPRIATING REDEVELOPMENT HOUSING FUNDS <br />TO HOUSING PROJECTS <br />WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency Housing Fund receives tax increment <br />payments in April and December of each year; and <br />WHEREAS, on June 30 of each year, there is an unappropriated balance that <br />includes funds received in December of the prior year after the RDA budget is adopted; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the total amount of unappropriated Redeveopment funds available <br />for budgeting to projects is $2,030,000. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, that the above - referenced funds be appropriated <br />to the following projects: <br />66455 <br />First Time Homebuyer Program <br />66457 <br />Acquisition of Land for Housing <br />66457 <br />Acquisition /Rehabilitation of <br />Redwood Court Housing Development <br />66471 <br />Housing Rehabilitation <br />71623 <br />El Camino Housing Project <br />fF f R <br />$ 300,000 <br />500,000 <br />500,000 <br />125,000 <br />605.000 <br />$2,030,000 <br />F:Atty /Reso /Reso.1368 <br />013003 <br />
