�AA'2 <br />Alternatives <br />The City Council could choose to amend City Codes and increase the parking bail <br />schedule to another bail amount. <br />2. The City Council could choose not to provide for an increase in the parking bail schedule. <br />The selection of this alternative would continue to maintain a weaker deterrent to parking <br />violations than that employed by our surrounding cities. <br />Fiscal Impact <br />The City processes approximately 24,060 parking citations annually for meter, overtime, and <br />marked curb violations. Based on the current bail schedule of $15.00, the projected annual net <br />bail fine revenue to the City is $178,783.
