<br />10. Acterra will prepare a report to the City of Redwood City detailing the success of the <br />program within 30 days of the end of agreement. <br /> <br />11.Acterra will continue to serve the Spanish speaking population in Redwood City by: <br />a. conducting at least one Spanish speaking training session in Redwood City <br />b. doing outreach in Spanish speaking communities <br />c. providing outreach and training materials in Spanish <br />d. employing a Program Assistant who is bi,lingual in English and Spanish. <br />The Program Assistant schedules HouseCalls and volunteers for residents. <br />e. employing, if the budget allows, an Outreach Coordinator who is bi-lingual <br />in Spanish and English and whose main responsibility is to do outreach for <br />Green@Home in the cities served by Green@Home. <br /> <br />12. Acterra staff will conduct at least two two-part volunteer training classes in Redwood <br />City with a goal of training at least 20 Redwood City residents to perform <br />Green@Home HouseCalls. At least one of these training classes will be in Spanish <br />for Spanish speaking volunteers. Trained volunteers from other cities also are <br />available to conduct HouseCalls in Redwood City. The City will provide the venue, <br />required city employee support and refreshments for each of these evening training <br />sessions. ' <br /> <br />13. Acterra staff will organize a monthly early evening Redwood City Verde Green <br />Building lecture series, to be hosted at Redwood City City Hall, sponsored by the city <br />with city staff site supervision as required. Topics will include a variety of presenters <br />on green building, home energy efficiency, renewable energy, water-wise <br />landscaping, residential energy-monitoring, etc. Acterra will reach out to include a <br />broad audience of contractors, realtors, homeowners' associations, service providers, <br />etc. to foster relationships and support information sharing and economic activity <br />among businesses and residents of Redwood City and the surrounding areas. <br />Acterra staff will recommend several titles for the series to the Redwood City staff ' <br />before adopting one. <br /> <br />Agreement over $1 OK 1 0 <br />City Attorney Approved Version 031210 <br />
