<br />Exhibit A - Scope of Services <br />AUTHORIZING AND DISCLOSURE STATEMENTS <br /> <br />With respect to land secured financing assignments, Seevers. Jordan. Ziegenmeyer authorizes the City <br />of Redwood City to use the appraisal in preparation of the preliminary and final Official Statements. <br /> <br />On behalf of Seevers. Jordan. Ziegenmeyer, Kevin K. Ziegenmeyer will sign a certificate at the <br />transaction's closing asserting the appraisal information is complete, accurate and has been properly <br />presented within the disclosure documents. <br /> <br />The appraisal assignment will be conducted in accordance with appraisal standards and guidelines found <br />in the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP); the Appraisal Institute Code of <br />Professional Ethics and Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice; and the adopted policies of the <br />City, which includes the California Debt and Investment Advisory Commission (CD lAC) Appraisal <br />Standards for Land Secured Financings. The appraisal will be presented in a Self-Contained Report <br />format, in accordance with the reporting requirements set forth under Standards Rule 2-2(a) of US PAP. <br /> <br />Seevers. Jordan. Ziegenmeyer will be able to complete the appraisals within a timeline identified by <br />the Finance Team (represented as the end of August), pending review of the scope of work to be <br />identified by the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />Seevers.
