<br />Exhibit A - Scope of Services <br /> <br />COST OF SERVICES <br /> <br />Based on the scope of work outlined on the previous pages, a not-to-exceed fee of$14,250 is proposed. <br />We can complete this assignment within seven weeks from your authorization to proceed. Should you <br />require services beyond the scope outlined previously, the following hourly fee schedule, plus any <br />inordinate expenses, will apply to the various individuals that may be involved in the assignments. <br /> <br />. Partner $300/ hour <br />. Senior Appraiser $225 / hour <br />. Appraiser $175/ hour <br />. Research Analyst $125 / hour <br />. Administrative Support $50/ hour <br /> <br />Consistent with our role as an independent member of the finance team, we will include our invoice for <br />services upon circulation of the draft appraisal. Pursuant to the scope of services for this assignment, we <br />will remain obligated t<? finalize the reports within 90 days in order to comply with CDIAC. Should the <br />bond sale be postponed such that the appraisal date exceeds 90 days, at your direction we can either <br />provide a bring forward letter (restricted appraisal) to the appraisal for a nominal fee, which will identify <br />a current date of value and, if confirmed by market analysis, report the value derived is not less thaI) that <br />estimated in the original appraisal, or prepare a new appraisal for a fee commensurate with the scope of <br />work. <br /> <br />Seevers.
