Balding, Appraiser <br /> <br />Introduction <br />Mr. Balding is a Certified General real estate appraiser with Seevers Jordan Ziegenmeyer, a real estate <br />appraisal firm that engages in a wide variety of real estate valuation and consultation assignments. <br />Since joining the firm in June 2001, Mr. Balding has gained experience in the valuation of various <br />property types including retail, industrial, office, self-storage facilities, mixed-use income properties and <br />multifamily residential properties. In the past few years, he has developed the experience and <br />background to deal with complex assignments in residential appraisal, including production and custom <br />lot subdivision development, and an array of income producing property types.
