Any informality in the above mentioned bid of Alandale <br /> <br /> <br />Construction Company is hereby waived. <br /> <br /> <br />4. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed <br /> <br /> <br />to enter into and execute on behalf of the City of Redwood <br /> <br /> <br />city that certain agreement entitled lIAgreement" between the <br /> <br /> <br />City of Redwood City and Alandale Construction Company for <br /> <br /> <br />the performance of said work in accordance with the above <br /> <br /> <br />mentioned plans and specifications and in accordance with the <br /> <br /> <br />above mentioned proposal, a copy of which agreement is presently <br /> <br /> <br />on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference <br /> <br /> <br />is hereby made for full particulars concerning the terms <br /> <br /> <br />and conditions thereof. <br /> <br /> <br />5.
