To issue Contract Change Order Nos. 51 and 53 to STATE's <br /> <br />10 current construction contract (No. 04-154424), said.Change Order <br /> <br />11 No. 51 to provide for eliminating the screenings (Hock Seal) <br /> <br />12 in the median areas from Alameda de las Pulgas to Locust strcet <br /> <br />13 and for placement of 611 l\sbestos Cement pipe drains; and said <br /> <br />.14 Change Order No. 53 to provide for constructing additional <br /> <br />15 ExposeJ Aggregate Island Paving and Clas~ 4 Aggregate Sub-base <br /> <br />16 in sald median areas. <br /> <br />17 <br /> <br />2.) To creLiit CITY vlith an amount (estimated to be $3,231) <br /> <br />18 for the elir.1ination of Screenings (Hock Seal) . in the median <br />I <br /> <br />19 areas and to apply said credit towartis CITY's obligation pursuant <br /> <br />20 to this l\.greement.
