That this Council hereby finds that the value of the <br /> <br /> <br />property interest proposed to be received by the city of Redwood <br /> <br /> <br />City, which property is described and designated "parcel B <br /> <br /> <br />(property to be received by the ci ty of Red\vood Ci ty) II in <br /> <br /> <br />Exhibit "A" hereof,. is equal to, or greater than, the value of <br /> <br /> <br />the property inter~st to be conveyed by the City of Redwood City, <br /> <br /> <br />which property is descr ibed and des ignated II Parce 1 1\ (property <br /> <br /> <br />to be conveyed by the City of Redwood city) II in Exhibit "A" <br /> <br /> <br />hereof. <br /> <br /> <br />2. That the public interest, convenience and necessity <br /> <br /> <br />require the substitution and exchange of the real property <br /> <br /> <br />interests herein described. <br /> <br /> <br />3. That that certain agreement entitled "P~greement Amending <br /> <br /> <br />Lease Agreement - Redwood City Marine Harbor Boat Sales and Marine <br /> <br /> <br />Hardvlare Facili ties" providing for the above mentioned sub- <br /> <br /> <br />stitution and exchange of real property interests, a copy of <br /> <br /> <br />which agreement is on file in the office of the city Clerk, to <br /> <br /> <br />\vhich copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars <br /> <br /> <br />thereof is hereby approved and the City Manager is hereby authorized <br /> <br /> <br />to execute the same for and on behalf of the city of Redwood city. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />tf <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />-2- <br />
