<br />~ . <br /> <br />-". <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />DES:yc:8/3l/70 <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />/ <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br />---------- <br /> <br />N O. ~J?? <br /> <br />SfP 14 1970 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />REVOCABLE LICENSE AGREEMENT - DETOUR ROADWAY (LESLIE <br />PROPERTIES, INC.) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in connection with the construction of those certain <br /> <br />public improvements designated "Bridge Parkway Bridge 'Connectionsll <br /> <br />in the City of Redwood City, the City requires a detour roadway <br /> <br />over privately-owned lands; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council a revocable <br /> <br />license agreement by and between the City of Redwood City and <br /> <br />Leslie Properties, Inc., providing for the use of lands owned <br /> <br />by Leslie Properties, Inc., for such detour public roadway purposes; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled IIRevocable License Agreement," <br /> <br />by and between Leslie Properties, Inc., and the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the <br /> <br />City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full <br /> <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is <br /> <br />hereby authorized to execute the same for and on behalf of the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
