W-5, GENERAL <br />IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT 2-65, AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK <br />TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, certain plans and specifications have been prepared <br /> <br />for the construction of water mains located in General Improvement <br /> <br />District No. 2-65 in the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and desires to <br /> <br />signify its approval thereof and authorize the City Clerk to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the construction of said water mains; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />l. Those certain plans entitled "Construction of Water Mains <br /> <br />project No. W-511 and those certain specifications entitled IIRedwood <br /> <br />City G.I.D. No. 2-65 - General Specifications and Special provisions <br /> <br />for the Construction af Water Mains project No. W-5 in the City <br /> <br />of Redwood city, California,lI copies of which are on file in the <br /> <br />office of the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />call for bids for the construction of water mains located in <br /> <br />General Improvement District 2-65 in the City of Redwood city, <br /> <br />in accordance with the aforementioned plans and specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
