<br />r <br /> <br />J 1 <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />,. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Redwood city <br />does hereby find and determine that protest against the pro- <br />posed annexation to the City of Redwood City of the territory <br />designated as "0ak Knoll r.1anor No. 5 - Annexation" and more <br />fully described in the above mentioned Resolution No. 6358 has <br />been made by the private owners of more than one-half of the <br />value of the property within said territory as shown on the last <br />equalized assessment roll of the County of San Mateo, County; <br />and, for that reason, this Council does hereby terminate all <br />proceedings for the annexation of said territory to the City <br />of Redwood City; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: <br />That the provisions of this Resolution shall be effective <br />upon its adoption. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />. . <br /> <br />, . <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
