The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />enter into and execute on behalf of the City of Redwood City <br /> <br />that certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Redwood city General <br /> <br />Improvement District No. l-64 - Inbordikes" (form dated 9/4/70), <br /> <br />between the City of Redwood City and Bragato Paving Company for <br /> <br />the performance of said work in accordance with the above <br /> <br />mentioned proposal, a copy of which agreement is presently on <br /> <br />file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference <br /> <br />is hereby made for full particulars concerning the terms and <br /> <br />conditions thereof. <br /> <br />5. The city Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />return to all unsuccessful bidders, and to the successful bidder <br /> <br />upon execution by it of a contract for the performance of said <br /> <br />work, all security guaranteeing execution of the contract upon <br /> <br />award. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />-2- <br />
