<br />~1It <br /> <br />," <br /> <br />~. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CGM:em 8/13/70 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />R .E SOL U T 1. 0 N <br /> <br />N O. .. ~~~ c:;. <br /> <br />AUG 1'% 7Q <br /> <br />.QRIGJN_AL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING REVISED PLANS M~D SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR THE RELOCATION OF THE HARBOR MASTER'S CONTROL <br />OFFICE AT THE MUNICIPAL 11ARINA AND AUTHORIZING CITY <br />CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />\\THEREAS, there have been presented to this Council <br /> <br />certain revised plans and specifications for the relocation <br /> <br />of the Harbor Master's Control Office at the Municipal Marina, <br /> <br />in the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />\~{EREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and desires <br /> <br />to signify its approval thereof and authorize the City Clerk <br /> <br />to call for bids for the relocation of said office; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Those certain revised plans entitled "Relocation of <br /> <br />Era'rbor Master's Control Office - Municipal Marina, II and those <br /> <br />certain revised specifications entitled !IGeneral Specifications <br /> <br />and Spe~ial Provisions for the Relocation Harbor Master's Control <br /> <br />Office at the Municipal Marina in the City of Redwood City, <br />'California,1I prepared in the office of the City Engineer and <br /> <br />on file in the office of the City Engineer, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is her~by authorized and directed to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the relocation of the above mentioned <br /> <br />~ffice in accordance with , the revised plans and specifications <br /> <br />therefor, said advertisement to be in the form of that certain <br /> <br />IINotice to Contractors" set forth in the above mentioned <br /> <br />specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
