<br />-, <br />... <br /> <br />\. <br /> <br />DES.ek 8/6/70 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />AUG 10 '70 <br /> <br />;. <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br />~--------- <br /> <br />N O. hj'~J <br /> <br />RESOLUTION WITHDRAWING ANNEXED TERRITORY KNOWN AS <br />IIHILLCREST ANNEXATION NO. 2 II FROM EMERALD LAKE <br />LIGHTING DISTRICT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the hereinafter described territory known as <br /> <br />UHil1crest Annexation No. 211 was annexed to the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City by Resolution No. 6350, adopted July 27, 1970, by the <br /> <br />Council of the City of Redwood City, said annexation proceedings <br /> <br />being completed on July 29, 1970: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said territory is included in the Emerald Lake <br /> <br />Lighting District; <br /> <br />NOvl,THEREFORE: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 19290 of the <br /> <br />Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, the <br /> <br />hereinafter described territory known as IIHillcrest Annexation <br /> <br />No. 2" is hereby declared withdrawn from the Emerald Lake Lighting <br /> <br />District. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to forward certified <br /> <br />copies of this resolution to the San Mateo County Board of <br /> <br />Supervisors, the State Board of Equalization, the San Mateo <br /> <br />County Assessor, the Emerald Lake Lighting District, and the <br /> <br />San Mateo County Local Agency Formation Commission. <br /> <br />3. The withdrawal of the following described territory <br /> <br />from the above mentioned district shall be effective on the <br /> <br />date of adoption of' this resolution., <br /> <br />4. The territory withdrawn from the above mentioned <br /> <br />district'is all that certain real property situate in the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California~ <br /> <br />more particularly described as follows: <br />
