Any and all bids received by the City of Redwood <br />city for the above mentioned work other than the b~d mentioned <br />in paragraph 1 hereof, are hereby rejected. <br />3. Any informality in the bid of Bragato Paving Company <br />is hereby waived. <br />4. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed <br />to enter into and execute on behalf of the City of Redwood City <br />that certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Redwood City <br />General Improvement District No. l-64 - Bridge Connections" <br />(form dated 8/l0/70), between the City of Redwood City and <br />Bragato Paving Company for the performance of said work in <br />accordance with the above mentioned proposal, a copy of which <br />agreement is presently on file in the office of the City Clerk, <br />to which copy reference is hereby made for full particulars <br />concerning the terms and conditions thereof. <br />5. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />return to all unsuccessful bidders, and to the successful <br />bidder upon execution by it of a contract for the performance <br />of said work, all security guaranteeing execution of the con- <br />tract upon award. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
