<br />,'f <br /> <br />DES.ek 8/3/70 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />OHIGINAL <br /> <br />,. <br /> <br />/lUG 10 '7fJ <br /> <br />REE-2.!!!!!.1.0li <br /> <br />li O. ~.f~~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />INBORDIKES FOR REDWOOD CITY GENERAL IMPROVEMENT <br />DISTRICT NO. 1-64: AND, AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO <br />CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br />plans and specifications for the construction of Inbordikes for <br /> <br />Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1-64 in the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City: and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and desires <br /> <br />to signify its approval thereof and authorize the City Clerk <br /> <br />to advertise for bids for the doing of such work: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain plans entitled "Redwood City General <br /> <br />Improvement District No. 1-64, Redwood City, California, <br /> <br />Construction Drawings for Inbordike," and those certain <br /> <br />specifications entitled "Documents and Specifications, Inbordikes, <br /> <br />(645-4-44) for Redwood City General Improvement District No. l-64" <br /> <br />prepared by Daniel, Mann, Johnson, & Mendenhall, and on file <br /> <br />in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the doing of such work in accordance <br /> <br />with the plans and specifications therefor, said advertisement <br />to be in the form of that certain Notice to Contractors set <br /> <br />forth in the abovementioned specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
