CGM: yc: 7./l/70 OR\G\NAL RE~OLUT1.0N N O. h.3S/ JUL 27 '10 RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR PORTION OF ~.'-'"R.OAD, . lL~.t..~"-4,., \~ /J-t , WHEREAS, Arne Rosager has requested permission from the City of Redwood City to use public streets for the performance of certain construction$and certain other construction for the primary benefit of the City of Redwood City; and WHEREAS, in consideration of such permission granted by the City of Redwood City, Arne Rosager is willing, at his own cost and expense, to furnish all materials and construct and install street improvements which are in the City of Redwood City and which are adjacent to Arne Rosager's property; and WHEREAS, the County of San Mateo has assigned all rights which it has under a subdivision contract with Arne Rosager to the City of Redwood City for performance of said construction; and WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council an agreement between the City of Redwood city and Arne Rosager for the performance of the aforesaid construction, and it is the intention and desire of this Council to approve said agreement and authorize its execution; NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: That certain proposed agreement between the City of Redwood city and Arne Rosager, entitled "Agreement" (form dated 7/l/70), a copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk and to which reference is hereby made, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Redwood City. * * *
