PARCEL SD29-3 <br /> <br />A portion of Lot 36 in Block 1 as designated on that certain <br />map entitled, TlSterling Highlands No.3, Redwood City, San <br />Mateo County, California,Tl recorded September 25, 1951 in <br />the office of the Recorder of the County of San Mat~o, State <br />of California, in Book 33 of Maps at pages 41 and 42, more <br />particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the intersection of the easterly line of the 20.00 <br />foot \lJide public utility and drainage easement shavn on the <br />above..mentioned map with the southeasterly line of the 5.00 <br />foot wide public utility easement parallel and contiguous to <br />the northwesterly line of said ~ot 36; thence from said poin~ <br />of beginning northeasterly along said southeasterly line of <br />said 5.00 foot wide easement a distance of 6.89 feet; thence <br />leaving said southeasterly line of said 5.00 foot wide. ease- <br />ment South 70 IS! West 20.42 feet to a point on said easterly <br />line of said 20.00 foot wide easement; thence northerly along <br />said easterly line of said 20.00 foot wide easement a distance <br />of 16.90 feet to said point of beginning. <br />
