<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />State of california, in and for the County of San Mateo, for the <br />condemnation of the right of way and easements in and upon the <br />real property hereinabove described, for said public improvement, <br />and to take all steps necessary for said condemnation in the <br />name of the City of Redwood city. <br />To make application to said Court for an order fixing the <br />amount of such security in the way of money deposits as said <br />Court may direct to be made for the taking of immediate posses~ <br />sion of said hereinabove described real property by the City of <br />Redwood City, and for an order permitting said city of Redwood <br />City to take immediate possession and use of said real property. <br />AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: <br />That the City Manager of the City of Redwood City be, and <br />he is hereby directed, authorized and empowered: <br />To make deposit of such security out of proper funds of the <br />City of Redwood City, in the amount so fixed and determined and <br />in such manner as the said Court in which the eminent domain <br />proceedings herein authorized are co~nenced, may direct. <br />
