OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That pursuant to the provisions of Section 1773 of <br /> <br />the california Labor Code, this Council has ascertained and, <br /> <br />determined the general prevailing rate of per diem.wages in <br /> <br />this locality for each craft, classification or type of work- <br /> <br />men needed to execute contracts for public works and improve- <br /> <br />ments, and also the general prevailing rate of per diem wages <br /> <br />for each such craft or type of work for each legal holiday, <br /> <br />Saturday, Sunday, and for overtime work. Said general prevailing <br /> <br />rates are set forth in Exhibit A hereof attached hereto. and by <br /> <br />this reference incorporated herein as if set out at length herein. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />maintain copies of said general prevailing rates on file, which <br /> <br />copies shall be made available to any interested party on request. <br /> <br />3.
