<br />.:. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CGM:yc:7/20/70 <br /> <br />ORiGINAL <br /> <br />JUl20 '70 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br />---------- <br /> <br />N O. bJ~/ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE <br />CONSTRUCTION OF BRIDGE PARKWAY BRIDGE CONNECTIONS AND <br />ASSOCIATED WORK, FOR REDWOOD CITY GENERAL IMPROVEMENT <br />DISTRICT NO. 1-64; AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL <br />FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />plans and specifications for the construction of Bridge Parkway <br /> <br />Bridge connections and associated work for Redwood City General <br /> <br />Improvement District No. 1-64; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and desires to <br /> <br />signify its approval thereof and authorize the City Clerk to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the doing of such work; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain contract documents and specifications <br /> <br />entitled "Documents and Specifications - Drainage, Street, Sanitary <br /> <br />Sewer and Water Project - Bridge Connections - 645-4-50 - for <br /> <br />Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1-64," and those <br /> <br />certain plans entitled "Bridge Parkway Bridge Connections and <br /> <br />Associated Work," prepared by Daniel, Mann, Johnson, & Mendenhall, <br /> <br />are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the doing of such work in accordance with <br /> <br />plans and specifications therefor, said advertisement to be in <br /> <br />the form of that certain notice to contractors set forth in the <br /> <br />above mentioned specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
