<br />w" .. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />... <br /> <br />/ <br /> <br />city Clerk certificates or policies of public liability and <br />property damage insurance as required by the above mentioned <br />agreement entitled "Agreement for the Improvement of Perry Manor <br />Subdivision," on file in the office of the City Clerk. <br />AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: <br />That those certain specifications approved by the City <br />Engineer entitled "Specifications for the Construction of Perry <br />Manor Subdivision, Redwood City, California," and' ;those certain <br />plans entitled "Perry Manor Subdivision," which plans and speci- <br />fications are now on file in the office of the City Engineer, <br />are hereby approved and adopted as the plans and specifications <br />according to which the above mentioned improvements shall be done. <br />AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: <br />That certain proposed agreement between the City of Redwood <br />City and said owners or subdividers, entitled "Agreement for the <br />Improvement of Perry Manor Subdivision," a copy of which is on <br />file in the office of the City Clerk and to which reference is <br />hereby made, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute said agreement on behalf of <br />the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />-3- <br />
