In such event, the cubic foot <br /> <br />delive~T amounts specified in the foregoing.rate table shall <br /> <br />be double for the purpose of computing the applicable rate. <br /> <br />3. That the rates herein specified shall, with respect to <br /> <br />each water consumer, go into effect immediately following com- <br /> <br />pletion of the billing period in progress on the date of the <br /> <br />adoption of this resolution.
