That certain proposed lease agreement entitled "Lease <br /> <br />(Jefferson Avenue - Middlefield Road)" [form dated 5/13/70] for <br /> <br />the lease of the premises described therein, is hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the lease of the premises therein described <br /> <br />for a term of one year in accordance with and subject to the <br /> <br />terms and conditions set forth in that certain notice of call <br /> <br />for bids, bid proposal, and lease agreement, copies of which <br /> <br />are on file in the office of the City Clerk and hereby referred <br /> <br />.to and incorporated herein as if fully set forth herein verbatim. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
