SD-29, GENERAL IHPROVEHENT DISTRICT NO. 1-65 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, certain plans and specifications have been prepared <br /> <br />for the construction of Redwood Creek channel improvements - <br /> <br />Alameda de las pulgas to Massachusetts Avenue, under Project <br /> <br />No. SD-29 of Gener~l Improvement District No. 1-65; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Redwood City has reviewed <br /> <br />said plans and specifications and desires to. approve the same <br /> <br />and authorize and direct the City Clerk to call for bids for the <br /> <br />construction of said improvements; <br /> <br />NOH, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLO~.lS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain plans entitled "Plans for the Construction <br /> <br />of Red'tdood Creek Channel Improvements - Alameda de las pulgas <br /> <br />to J-1assachusetts Avenue, II and those certain specifications <br /> <br />entitled "Redwood City G.l.D. No. 1-65 - General Specifications <br /> <br />and Special provisions for the Construction of Redwood Creek <br /> <br />Channel Improv.ements - Alameda de las pulgas to t-1assachusetts <br /> <br />Avenue - Project No. SD-29 in the city of Redwood city, California <br /> <br />- 1970," copies of ,.,hich are presently on file in the off ice of <br /> <br />the city Clerk, to which copies reference is hereby made for <br /> <br />full particulars concerning the telTIS and conditions thereof, are <br /> <br />hereby approved. <br /> <br />2.
