That said Assessment and Diagram, the proceedings leading <br />up to the same, and all acts and determinations of all officers of <br />the City of Redwood City, California, in relation to the work done <br />and to the said assessment, and the diagram attached thereto be, <br />and the same are hereby ratified and confirmed, and the Superin- <br />tendent of Streets 1s hereby ordered and directed to attach to <br />said assessment a warrant in the manner and form provided by law, <br />said warrant bearing the date of this resolution, and is further <br />ordered to deliver said warrant, diagram and assessment to the <br />contractor, or its assignee, as the case may be, forthwith upon <br />payment of the incidental expenses due thereon. <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />-2- <br />
