Redwood City requires cer~ain expert <br /> <br />personal services and printing services for the reprinting of <br /> <br />the Code of the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City and Municipal Code <br /> <br />Corporation have heretofore entered into an agreement for the <br /> <br />preparation of Code supplements by said Municipal Code Corporation; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Municipal Code Corporation is qualified to <br /> <br />perform the aforesaid expert and printing services, and the City <br /> <br />of Redwood city desires to obtain the same from said Corporation; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the proposal submitted <br /> <br />by the Municipal Code Corporation and desires to approve and <br /> <br />authorize the execution of an agreement for said services; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement for Reprinting <br /> <br />of Hunicipal Code," which agreement is on file in the office of <br /> <br />the City Clerk and to which agreement reference is hereby made <br /> <br />for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved and the <br /> <br />city Manager is hereby authorized to execute said agreement for <br /> <br />and on behalf of the City of Redwood city. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
