R/W TO QUARTZ STREET, AND JEFFERSON <br />BRANCH CHANNEL IMPROVEMENTS, CROMPTON ROAD TO VERA <br />AVENUE, PROJECT NO. SD-20, GENERAL IMPROVEMENT <br />DISTRICT NO. 1-65 <br /> <br />IUr, 1 j '70 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, certain plans and specifications have been prepared <br /> <br />for the construction of Emerald Branch Channel Improvements, <br /> <br />S.F.W.D. R/W to Quartz Street, and Jefferson Branch Channel <br /> <br />Improvements, Crompton Road to Vera Avenue, under Project No. <br /> <br />SD-20 of General Improvement District No. 1-65; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the city of Redwood city has reviewed <br /> <br />said plans and specifications and desires to approve the same <br /> <br />and authorize and direct the city Clerk to call for bids for the <br /> <br />construction of said improvements; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY', <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain plans entitled "plans for the Construction <br /> <br />of Emerald Branch Channel Improvements - S.F.W.D. R/W to Quartz <br /> <br />st. - Jefferson Branch Channel Improvements - Crompton Rd. to <br /> <br />Vera Ave.," and those certain specifications entitled "Redwood <br /> <br />City G.I.D. No. 1-65 - General Specifications and Special <br /> <br />provisions for the Construction of Emerald Branch Channel Improve- <br /> <br />ments - S.F.W.D. R/W to Quartz street and Jefferson Branch <br /> <br />Channel Improvements - Crompton Road to Vera Avenue - Project <br /> <br />No. SD-20 in the City of Redwood city, California," copies of <br /> <br />which are presently on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br /> <br />which copies reference is hereby made for full particulars <br /> <br />concerning the terms and conditions thereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2.
