"1/1 JUtI 8 '10 RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT IN CONNECTION WITH THE RODENT CONTROL PROGRAM IN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 6142, adopted May 18, 1970, the City Clerk called for bids for the letting of a contract for the performance of destroying rodents in the natural drainage channels, sanitary sewers, and at the Municipal Marina, in the city of Redwood city for 1970-1971: and WHEREAS, pursuant to said call bids were received and filed with the City Clerk for the performance of said contract; and WHEREAS, SURE-KILL EXTERMINATORS, of Cupertino, Calif- ornia, is the lowest responsible bidder and it is the intention and desire of this Council to award said contract to said Sure-Kill Exterminators; NOW, THEREFORE : BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the bid of Sure-Kill Exterminators, in the total amount of Four Thousand One Hundred Seventy-two and 33/100 Dollars ($4,172.33), more or less, computed in accord- ance with bidder's proposal dated June 1, 1970, for the performance of the work necessary to accomplish the destruction of rodents in the city of Redwood City, California, in accord- ance with the specifications approved by Resolution No. 6142, is hereby accepted. Any irregularities or informalities that may be Qontained in said bid are hereby waived. 2.
