WALSH CO., San Jose, California, is the <br /> <br />lowest responsible bidder for the furnishing of said water <br /> <br />meter test bench, and it is the intention and desire of this <br /> <br />Council to award said bid to said Edward S. Walsh Co.; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The bid of Edward,S. Walsh Co., in the total net delivered <br /> <br />price to the City of Redwood City of Two Thousand Eight Hundred <br /> <br />Sixty-four and 59/100 Dollars ($2,864.59) for the furnishing of <br /> <br />one water meter test bench, model Ford No. 4S, in accordance with <br /> <br />the specifications therefor, is hereby accepted and said bidder <br /> <br />is hereby declared to be the lowest responsible bidder for the <br /> <br />furnishing of said equipment. <br /> <br />2.
