<br />. <br /> <br />, <br />~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />DES:yc:5/15/70 <br /> <br />REE.OLUT.!ON <br /> <br />N O. ~J" 7 <br /> <br />~DRiGINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REVOKING REVOCABLE PERMIT HERETOFORE <br />ISSUED TO METROPOLITAN BROADCASTING CORPORATION <br />(FOSTER AND KLEISER DIVISION) <br /> <br />JUt; 1 7(} <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain revocable permit entitled "Revocable Permit <br /> <br />- Foster and Kleiser - Main Street," heretofore issued to the <br /> <br />Foster and Kleiser Division of the Metropolitan Broadcasting <br /> <br />Corporation pursuant to Resolution No. 3118, adopted June 20, <br /> <br />1960, by the Council of the City of Redwood City" is, pursuant <br /> <br />to the provisions of said permit, hereby revoked and the <br /> <br />Permittee therein named is hereby directed to remove the <br /> <br />advertising structure permitted thereunder forthwith, and to <br /> <br />restore the condition of the property upon which said structure <br /> <br />has been constructed and installed to its original state. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />transmit a copy of this resolution to the Permittee, and the <br /> <br />Chief Building Official and the City Attorney are hereby <br /> <br />authorized and directed to take such action and institute such <br /> <br />proceedings as are necessary or appropriate to obtain compliance <br /> <br />with the provisions and requirements set forth in paragraph 1 <br /> <br />hereof. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
