<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CGM: yc: 6/1/70 <br /> <br />O-~'1(\'''i ru ~ <br />.' i\h.:d i~h~ <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br />---------- <br /> <br />NO. b./&:J t, <br /> <br />JUN 1 '70 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS FOR ONE ONE-TON <br />TRUCK WITH UTILITY BODY AND COMPRESSOR UNIT; AND <br />AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />specifications for one one-ton truck with utility body and <br /> <br />compressor unit to be used for municipal purposes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and desires to <br /> <br />specify its approval thereof and authorize the City Clerk to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the furnishing of said equipment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain specifications prepared in the office of <br /> <br />the City Manager and on file in the office of the City Clerk, <br /> <br />consisting of notice of sealed bids, instructions to bidders, <br /> <br />specifications, bid sheets and agreement, for the furnishing of <br /> <br />one one-ton truck with utility body and compressor unit to be <br /> <br />used for municipal purposes, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />call for bids for the furnishing of said equipment designated <br /> <br />in the afore;'~~~ntioned specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
