<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />6305 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION COMMENDING FIREMAN JAMES SERRA OF <br />THE REDWOOD CITY FIRE DEPARTMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, FIREMAN JAMES SERRA, together with other <br />members of the Redwood City Fire Department resuscitator <br /> <br />team, in responding to an emergency in April, 1970, provided <br /> <br /> <br />timely aid and assistance to Edward Williams of Redwood City, <br /> <br />a heart attack victim, and through the diligent performance <br /> <br /> <br />of duty saved the life of Mr. Williams; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to commend Fireman James <br /> <br />Serra for his performance of duty aforesaid; <br /> <br />N01Al, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That this Council hereby commends Fireman James Serra <br /> <br />for his diligent performance of duty in rendering aid and <br /> <br />assistance to a fellow citizen, and thereby saving a human <br /> <br />life. <br /> <br />Adopted and presented by the Council of the City of <br />Redwood City on the 1st day of June, 1970. <br /> <br /> <br />Robert H.
