<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />DES:yc:5/21/70 <br /> <br />_OR1GJNA~ <br /> <br />RES 0 L U T 1. 0 N N O. ~J10? <br /> <br />RESOLUTION SETTING TIME AND PLACE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />ON ANNUAL BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 1970 - <br />JUNE 30, 1971; ORDERING PUBLIC NOTICE BE GIVEN OF <br />SAID HEARING AND OF THE FACT THAT COPIES OF SAID <br />PROPOSED BUDGET ARE AVAILABLE FOR PUBLIC INSPECTION <br />IN THE OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK <br /> <br />I4Av 25 "70 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed budget of the City of Redwood City <br /> <br />for the fiscal year July 1, 1970 - June 30, 1971, has been <br /> <br />submitted to the Council of the City of, Redwood City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. In accordance with section 51.5 of the Charter of the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City, Monday, the 22nd day of June, 1970, at or <br /> <br />about the hour of 7:30 o'clock p.m. in the Board of Supervisors' <br /> <br />Chambers, Hall of Justice and Records, Redwood City, California, <br /> <br />is hereby set as the time and place at which a public hearing <br />will be held on the above mentioned budget. <br /> <br />2. It is hereby ordered that at least two copies of said <br /> <br />budget be filed in the office of the City Clerk, City of Redwood <br /> <br />City, for inspection by members of the public. <br /> <br />3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />cause notice to be published at least once in the official <br /> <br />newspaper stating that copies of the budget are available for <br /> <br />inspection by members of the public at the office of the City <br /> <br />Clerk, city Hall, Redwood City, California, and stating the <br /> <br />time and place at which the public hearing will be held on <br /> <br />said budget. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
