<br />~. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />:-,. <br />. <br /> <br />CGM:em 5/25/70 <br /> <br />RESOLUT.!ON <br /> <br />N o. ~JC')b <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />W<V 25 '70 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREE- <br />MENT FOR NEGOTIATION SERVICES FOR ACQUISITION OF STORM <br />DRAINAGE EASEMENTS FOR GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT <br />NO. 1-65, PROJECT UNIT SD-20, JEFFERSON BRANCH, AND <br />PROJECT UNIT SD-24, KENSINGTON BRANCH <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has determined that it shall proceed <br /> <br />with acquisition of storm drainage easements in certain parcels <br /> <br />of real property in connection with General Improvement District <br /> <br />No. 1-65, Project Unit SD-20, Jefferson Branch, and Project Unit <br /> <br />SD-24, Kensington Branch: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council an agree- <br /> <br />ment for negotiation services in connection with the acquisition <br /> <br />of storm drainage easements in certain parcels of real property <br /> <br />designated therein; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE ; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Negotiation Services - <br /> <br />Storm Drainage Facilities," dated May 22, 1970, providing for <br /> <br />negotiation services of Gardner-Piercy Company, copies of which <br /> <br />are on file in the office of the city Clerk, to which reference <br /> <br />is made for full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and <br /> <br />the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute <br /> <br />the same on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
