<br />., <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />~ES: em 5/15/70 <br /> <br />RES0LUTION N O. 6301 <br /> <br />0"",",,1 ""'INA['" <br />lOLl '. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING $1,935 FROM UNBUDGETED ~:~ 'ro <br />UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE OF SEWER FUND TO PROVIDE <br />FOR CITY'S CONTRIBUTION FOR CONSTRUCTION OF SEWER <br />FACILITIES, OAK KNOLL-CANYON ROAD SEWER IMPROVEMENT <br />DISTRICT <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />The sum of $1,935 is hereby appropriated from the <br /> <br />unbudgeted unappropriated balance of the Sewer Fund to provide <br />for a contribution by the City of Redwood city for the costs <br /> <br />and expenses of construction of sewer facilities within Oak Kno11- <br /> <br />canyon Road Sewer Improvement District of a greater capacity <br /> <br />than that required for said district, said contribution to be <br /> <br />made in accordance with the provisions of Section 5126 of the <br /> <br />california Streets and Highways Code. Said sum shall be for <br /> <br />expenditure during the fiscal year July 1, 1969-June 30, 1970, <br /> <br />and shall be in addition to all sums appropriated for such <br /> <br />purposes during the fiscal year July 1, 1969-June 30, 1970. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
