Chief of the City of Redwood City marks the end of a long and dedicated period of public service to the city of Redwood City and the entire community~ and WlffiREAS, Chief Lodi's lengthy record of achievements and outstanding performance of duty is eloquent testimony of his capabilities as a professional fire fighter and leader. of menj and WHEREAS, since joining the city'?
