<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CGM:yc:4/2/70 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br />---------- <br /> <br />N O. t.2. ~ J <br /> <br />"":, r~ ~ t" l ~,\ bL . <br />~ t ,'.., ~, ., ~ ~ Vi 1"\ <br />\Jn~'''j;".\\ <br /> <br />~\\ G '\~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION VA~~TING AND ABANDONING EASEMENTS FOR <br />PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES AND WIRE CLEA~;NCE PURPOSES <br />IN LOT 19, BLOCK 4, "FARM HILL ESTATES NO.1, <br />REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIAII <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of 'Article 5 (conunencing <br /> <br />at ~50430) of Chapter 2, Part I, Division I, Title 5, of the <br /> <br />Government Code, the Council of the City of Red\\Tood City has, <br /> <br />by its Resolution No. 6239, adopted March 16, 1970, declared <br /> <br />its intention to vacate those certain portions of a public <br /> <br />r.tility easement and two ",ire clearance easements, located in <br /> <br />Lot 19, Block 4, IIFarm Hill Estates No. I, Redwood City, <br /> <br />California,1I and shown on that map filed in the office of the <br /> <br />Recorder of San Mateo County, January 16, 1962, in Volume 55 <br /> <br />of Maps at pages 39 and 40; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said provisions, notice of intention I <br /> <br />to vacate and abandon the above mentioned public utility and <br /> <br />wire clearance easements has been published and posted; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing has been held and evidence taken; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The Council of the City of Redwood City finds that the <br /> <br />hereinafter described public utility easement and two wire <br /> <br />clearance easements are unnecessary for present or prospective <br /> <br />public use. <br /> <br />2. The above mentioned portions of the easements which <br /> <br />are to be vacated are described as follows: <br /> <br />A ten-foot wide public utility easement and two adja- <br />cent five-foot wide wire clearance easements, more <br />particularly described as follows: <br />
