CGM:yc:4/2/70 RES 0 L UTI 0 N ---------- N O. t.2. ~ J "":, r~ ~ t" l ~,\ bL . ~ t ,'.., ~, ., ~ ~ Vi 1"\ \Jn~'''j;".\\ ~\\ G '\~ RESOLUTION VA~~TING AND ABANDONING EASEMENTS FOR PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES AND WIRE CLEA~;NCE PURPOSES IN LOT 19, BLOCK 4, "FARM HILL ESTATES NO.1, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIAII WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of 'Article 5 (conunencing at ~50430) of Chapter 2, Part I, Division I, Title 5, of the Government Code, the Council of the City of Red\\Tood City has, by its Resolution No. 6239, adopted March 16, 1970, declared its intention to vacate those certain portions of a public r.tility easement and two ",ire clearance easements, located in Lot 19, Block 4, IIFarm Hill Estates No. I, Redwood City, California,1I and shown on that map filed in the office of the Recorder of San Mateo County, January 16, 1962, in Volume 55 of Maps at pages 39 and 40; and WHEREAS, pursuant to said provisions, notice of intention I to vacate and abandon the above mentioned public utility and wire clearance easements has been published and posted; and WHEREAS, a public hearing has been held and evidence taken; NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: 1. The Council of the City of Redwood City finds that the hereinafter described public utility easement and two wire clearance easements are unnecessary for present or prospective public use. 2. The above mentioned portions of the easements which are to be vacated are described as follows: A ten-foot wide public utility easement and two adja- cent five-foot wide wire clearance easements, more particularly described as follows:
