<br />.., <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />DES:em 3/17/70 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br />------------- <br /> <br />N o. ~ Yb <br /> <br />MAR 23 '70 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT WITH SOUTHE~~ PACIFIC TRANSPORTATION COMPANY <br />FOR INSTALLATION OF SEvffiR PIPELINE UNDER RAILROAD <br />TRACKS IN VICINITY OF VETERANS BOULEVARD AND CHESTNUT <br />STREET IN CONNECTION WITH 8A~ITARY SEWER PROJECT S8-3 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council. an <br /> <br />agreement providing for the installation of a 3D-inch sewer pipe-. <br /> <br />line under railroad tracks owned by the Southern Pacific Trans- <br /> <br />portation company in the vicinity of Veterans Boulevard ,and <br /> <br />Chestnut Street, in the city of RedwciGd City: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said agreement is required for the construction <br /> <br />of sanitary sewer improvements in connection with General Improve- <br /> <br />ment District No. 3-65, Project SS-3i <br /> <br />NOW I THEREFORE i <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY TIlli COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the Southern Pacific <br /> <br />Transportation Company and the City of Redwood City with drawings <br /> <br />dated March 20, 1968 and December 1, 1969 attached, a copy of . <br /> <br />which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br /> <br />which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars there- <br /> <br />of, is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby <br /> <br />authorized to execute said agreement. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />'* <br /> <br />* <br />
