DES:yc:2/11/70 ORIGINAL RES 0 L UTI 0 N -..-------...---- N O~ 02.S3 NAil 2 70 RESOLu'rION FINDING .i.\ND DETERMINING 'rHAT TEMPOR.?RY ROADHAY EASEMENrr IS NO LONGER REQUIRED FOR PUBLIC PURPOSES, AND A'PPROVING AND j\UTHORIZING EXECUTION OF QUIT CLAIM DEED OF SAID TEMPOW\RY EASEMENT PURSUA~r TO PRIOR AGREEMENT WHEREAS, pursuant to that certain grant of temporary roadway easement dated May 14, 1968, from Leslie Properties, Inc., to the City of Redwood City, and recorded in Volume 5514 at page 433 of Official Records, San Ma~eo County, California, the City acquired a temporary easement for purposes of constructing and maintaining a temporary publi.c roadway and bu.ried gas line in, on, over and across that certain real property described in said easement; and WHERK~S, said grant of temporary roadway easement provided that on construction of all or portions of permanent facilities to serve the same purposes 1 said temporary easement, or those portions thereof as may from time to time be so replaced or relocated, shall automatically terminate and the City shall .thereupon relinquish and reconvey all right title and interest , . thereinto the aforesaid grantor; and WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council evidence that that portion of said temp~rary easement hereinafter more particularly descrD)ed is no longer necessary for public purposes, . . and that permanent facilities to serve the same purposes have been constructed and accepted by the city of Redwood City; NO~'" , THE REF ORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDhTOOD CITY, AS FOLLOvJS: 1.
